When can I file a case to be heard by the Tribunal?

The ITNJ has been receiving a limited number of applications while our Case Management System software is in beta-testing phase.  Forms and procedures for submitting an application to the ITNJ will be posted on this website on the page Application to the Tribunal when the court is ready to accept all applications.
